International relocation, two weeks to settle
Challenge

What we did

Lease renewal — unfavourable terms identified before signing
Challenge
A long-term Sukhumvit resident received a renewal agreement from their building that included several revised clauses. One clause significantly altered the deposit return process; another introduced a new maintenance liability the client had not previously held. The client was not aware of either change.
What we did
